A florist in Norwood handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Courtyard, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Residence Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When arranging flowers for Courtyard, note its listed address, Edwards Road 3813; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Immaculate Conception Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Immaculate Conception Church and School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Sharpsburg Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Holy Trinity Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Immaculate Conception Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Saint Elizabeth, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Norwood Municipal Building, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at P.F. Chang's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
