Send your flower order for Pelican Bay online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Berkshire Lakes, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Ritz Carlton Naples before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Sending flowers to someone at Community School of Naples? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Osceola Elementary is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at C3 Church Naples, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Journey Naples Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hilton Naples, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a recipient at Collier County Clerk-Circuit, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Berkshire Village, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at P.F. Chang's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
