Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Philadelphia. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Moyamensing Prison is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day flower delivery in Philadelphia has an ordering deadline of 12:00, measured in local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. An address in Far Northeast Philadelphia should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a patient at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a recipient at Penn Medicine Rittenhouse, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The address for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is given as Civic Center Boulevard 3401; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Palomar Philadelphia - a Kimpton Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Loews Philadelphia Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. South Broad Street 200 is the listed address of The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Arch Street Presbyterian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Old Pine Street Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Philadelphia Pennsylvania Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Internal Revenue Service, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Dean-Geitner-Givnish Funeral Home, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. If flowers are going to Christ Church Burial Ground, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Moshulu, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before sending flowers to Abraham Lincoln High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Sending flowers to someone at The Philadelphia Charter School for Arts and Sciences at H.R. Edmunds? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a delivery to a teacher at Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
