You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Salem. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Dr. John McLoughlin in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Oregon Veterans Medal of Honor Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Salem, use the destination’s 12:00 local cutoff. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Sunnyslope, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for a recipient at Oregon State Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. The listed address for Oregon State Hospital is Center Street Northeast 2600; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Comfort Suites, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Residence Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A flower order for someone staying at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Salem should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For an order addressed to Comfort Suites, the listed location is Hawthorne Avenue Southeast 630; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at South Salem High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Chemawa Indian School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at McKinley Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Cherriots, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Liberty, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If flowers are going to City View Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Applebee's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a service at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
