Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in North Lake of Tarpon Springs, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hampton Inn & Suites Tarpon Springs, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For a guest at Tarpon Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Tarpon Shores Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When arranging flowers for Hampton Inn & Suites Tarpon Springs, note its listed address, US Highway 19 North 39284; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Pinellas County Schools Bus Compound, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Tarpon Springs Elementary Fundamental? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Florida Tattoo Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at The Gathering Ostolic Center are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Where the delivery address includes Historic Sponge Docks, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Costas Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
