A flower order for Turtle Creek can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Same-day orders for Turtle Creek close at 12:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
A delivery for Woodland Hills Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Electric Heights School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Electric Plant Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at St. Colman, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Electric Heights United Methodist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Chinese Alliance Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Turtle Creek Borough Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
For a table booked at Fox's Pizza Den, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
