Send your flower order for West Dundee online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in West Dundee is 12:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Carrington Reserve.
Before ordering for a guest at Extended Stay America Elgin, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A delivery for Dundee Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Dundee Highlands Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Bethlehem Lutheran Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at First Congregational Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at First United Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Courtyard Elgin before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to West Dundee Village Hall should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For an address in Grand Pointe Meadows, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If flowers are going to Dundee Township West Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
A delivery timed for a meal at Red Lobster needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
