You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in West Lawn. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Anchor from the U.S.S. Maine in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Frederick Lauer Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in West Lawn is 12:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Madison At Reed Farm, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending flowers to Sacred Heart School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Wilson High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at John Paul II Center for Special Learning, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Christ Episcopal Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Crowne Plaza Reading can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before placing a workplace order for Reading Driver and Photo License Center, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If flowers are going to Aulenbach's Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Austin's Restaurant & Bar, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
