You do not need to be in Winnemucca to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Pioneer Memorial Park in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Frontier Village, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with Best Western Plus: Gold Country Inn before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Days Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Fairfield Inn & Suites Winnemucca, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. West Winnemucca Boulevard 921 is the listed address of Best Western Plus: Gold Country Inn; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Albert M. Lowry High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Winnemucca Grammar School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Sonoma Heights Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Saint Paul's Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at City of Winnemucca Public Works with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Sage Heights should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Martin Hotel, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
