Arrange a flower delivery in Moss online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Gudmund Stenersen are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Moss is 16:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Solgaard skog industriområde, use that locality name within the delivery address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotell Refsnes gods, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Riviera, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Steinerskolen i Moss, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Jeløy kirke, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Ekholt kirke, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Larkollen kirke, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Støtvig Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Sykehuset Østfold Moss, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
An order for a staff member at NAV Moss should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Halmstad, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Bentzen Moss begravelsesbyrå AS before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
For a table booked at O'Learys Moss, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
