Send your flower order for Tomter online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Planning a same-day delivery in Tomter? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Address details for Lofthuslia should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Knapstad barne- og ungdomsskole, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Tomter skole is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Skotbu skole, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Tomter kirke are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Sushi Teria needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
