Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Basel. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. St. Jakobs-Denkmal is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Basel is 15:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Erlenmatt, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Odelya Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check with Pullman Basel Europe before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Radisson Blu, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. You will find Odelya Hotel listed at Missionsstrasse 21; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Gymnasium am Münsterplatz, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Wirtschaftsgymnasium und Wirtschaftsmittelschule Basel, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at SIBU - Schweizerische Fachstelle für Sehbehinderte im Beruflichen Umfeld? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Paroisse du Sacré-Cœur, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at St. Theresia vom Kinde Jesu, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Elisabethenkirche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Felix-Platter-Spital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When ordering for a recipient at Archäologische Bodenforschung des Kantons Basel-Stadt, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For someone in Messe, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If flowers are going to Wolf-Gottesacker, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Institut für Pathologie Universitätsspital Basel, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before sending to Adullam Spital und Pflegezentren, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
