The same-day ordering cutoff in Lam sam kaeo is 14:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ban Khlong Sam.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Rajavithi 2 Hospital (Rangsit), first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Use the hospital’s full address for Synphaet Hospital Lamlukka, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Sending flowers to someone at Thanyaburi School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Wat Lat Sanun School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Beaconhouse Yamsaard School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Wat Klang Khlong Si, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Wat Lat Sanun, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Wat Kienket, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Asia Airport Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to a workplace such as Lam Sam Gaew Municipality, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Address details for Ban Khlong Si should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Five Star, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Ingnaam Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check with Siam Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
