Same-day orders for Mae Kham close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Ban Mae Kham Talat, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Nangfa, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Ban Pa Kwao-Don Chai School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Ban Mae Kham School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Ban Pa Sang School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Bor Nam Thip Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Sannayao village temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Wat Chotikaram temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Mae Chan Palace Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Rasee Steak House & Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
