Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Abu Dhabi, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Civil defense building is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Dhow Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Al Reem Island.
If you cannot visit a guest at Emirates Palace, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. For a guest at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address for Emirates Palace is given as شارع الكرنيش 39999; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at American Community School of Abu Dhabi? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for West Yas Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at GEMS American Academy (GAA), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Mariam Umm Eisa Masjid are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Sheikh Zayed Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Almaqta Healthcare Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Address details for Masdar City should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at c.taste @ Centro Al Manhal needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If you are sending flowers to someone at NYUAD Health Center, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Burjeel MHPC, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
