Same Day Delivery
A florist in Free State handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Battle of Vechtkop in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Winburg Voortrekkermonument is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Free State close at 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For someone in Makweteng, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Albert Nzula District Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Medicare Healthcare Group, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Sending flowers to someone at Hoërskool Jim Fouché? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Academy of Excellence – Primary, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Grey College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at St Andrew and St Michael, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at NG Kerk Clarens, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at NG gemeente Warden, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Protea Hotel Clarens should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Sending to a patient at Old Welkom Provincial ( Not in Use) calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
An order for a staff member at Bethulie Traffic Department should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the recipient’s address is in Hibernia, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the delivery address is Gosiame Burial Society and Tombstones, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
For a table booked at Panarottis, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before ordering for a guest at Welkom Inn hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Emoya Hotel & Spa, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
