Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Kranshoek. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Kranshoek is 14:00, local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For a recipient whose address is in Beacon Island, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a delivery to a teacher at Murray High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Plett Evangelical Fellowship, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Tsala Treetop Lodge, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the destination is in Beacon Island Estate, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Forest Gate Oyster Bar and Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
