Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Malmesbury. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Abbotsdale West, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending flowers to someone at Schoonspruit Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Swartland High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Coram Deo Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Freemason's Lodge, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St Francis de Sales Cath. Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Swartland Municipal Traffic Department, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Mount Royal, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Kauai, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
