Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for North West online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Afrikaans are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Bless Bridges Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Lindequesdrif, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Ganyesa District Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. For a patient at Sannieshof Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
A delivery for Chawe Pooe Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Makweleng Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Matiki Mooketsi Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Afrikaanse Protestante Kerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Hervormde kerk Die Wilge, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Apostolic Faith Mission, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Rhulani Safari Lodge, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Sending to a patient at Ventersdorp Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
If the recipient works at Mogwase Department of Home Affairs, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in Motswedi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Wimpy, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before ordering for a guest at Tuningi Safari Lodge, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Check with Etali Safari Lodge before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
