Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Planning a same-day delivery in Phuthaditjhaba? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Bolata, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When the recipient is at Mofumahadi Manapo Mopeli Regional Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. The address for Mofumahadi Manapo Mopeli Regional Hospital is given as Motebang Street; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Sephokong Intermediate School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Clubview Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Clubview Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at ICHA Leribe, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality Main Office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at Demelash, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
