Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Riebeeck Kasteel. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Voortrekker Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Riebeeck Kasteel? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When the destination is in Esterhof, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering for a guest at Riebeek Valley Luxury Country Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
A delivery for Huis Maree Hostel is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Smuts-Malan High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at NG Kerk Riebeek-Kasteel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Riebeek-Wes NG Kerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Royal Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a table booked at Old Dalby Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
