Send your flower order for Rietkuil online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. VOC Powder House is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Tawn Hall Corner Stone in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Rietkuil is 14:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Dalsig, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to River Manor, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Asara Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at Bloemhof High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Paul Roos Gimnasium, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Rhenish High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Doxa Deo, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Kruiskerk, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at NG Kerk Welgelegen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Stellenbosch Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a recipient at Department of Home Affairs, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes De Vleie, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Doves, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at The Hussar Grill, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
