Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Klaaswaal can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Verzetspaneel Zaal Koster are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Klaaswaal is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A delivery for Groen van Prinsterer is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Yuverta vmbo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at De Vliet, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Rehobothkerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Gereformeerde Nieuwlandkerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Hervormde Kerk Klaaswaal are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether SVHW accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Eetse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
