Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Colônia Quintilha, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Hospital Paranaguá needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. The street address listed for Hospital Paranaguá is Rua Nestor Vitor 222; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Ibis, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A flower order for someone staying at Pousada Ilha do Mel Lodges should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Municipal Gabriel de Lara, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Municipal Iracema dos Santos? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Colégio Estadual do Campo Alexandra - EFMP, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Grajagan Surf Resort can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before placing a workplace order for Delegacia da Receita Federal, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
For a recipient whose address is in Colônia Santa Cruz, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Casa do Barreado needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a service at Santuário Nossa Senhora do Rocio, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
