The same-day ordering cutoff in Invergordon is 18:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Saltburn, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending to Invergordon County Community Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. The address for Invergordon County Community Hospital is given as Saltburn Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Invergordon Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Newmore Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at South Lodge Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Rosskeen Free Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at St. Ninian’s, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Invergordon Church of Scotland are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Kincraig Castle Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Clootie Mctoot cafe, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Marine Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the recipient is staying at Newhall Mains, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
