Arrange a flower delivery in Penicuik online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Covenanters' Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as French Prisoners' Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Penicuik is 18:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Pentlands Science Park, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Navaar House should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending to The Royal Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at The Original Rosslyn Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. You will find Navaar House listed at Bog Road 23-25; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Penicuik High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Rosslyn Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at St James the Less, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Mungo's Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Penicuik Town Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Scotmid funerals, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. If flowers are going to Morningside Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Cibo, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
