Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Laocheng Qu is 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Xiguan Subdistrict, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Luoyang First People's Hospital(Zhongzhou Campus) needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Luoyang Hospital of TCM, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Henan College Of Forestry, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Luoyang No.1 Experimental Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Luoyang No.11 Senior High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Dongguan Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Zushi Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Henan Temple of Literature, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Ramada, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Luoyang First People's Hospital(Longhai Campus), and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When addressing flowers to a guest at 7 Days Inn, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
