Same-day orders for Shijiazhuang close at 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Donghua.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hebei China World Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For a guest at Holiday Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Beisuzhen Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Shijiazhuang Camford Royal School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Shijiazhuang No.1 High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Zhengding Prefecture Confucian Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Bailin Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Kaiyuan Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Atour Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the recipient works at Gaoyi County Government, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Huitong.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
