For delivery on the same day in Tianxin Qu, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Address details for Chilinglu should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Changsha Third Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check with the ward at Hunan Shangmei Women and Children’s Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Check with Vienna Hotels before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Changsha Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Grand Hyatt Changsha, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a recipient at Changsha Chinese Medicine Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Check whether Sizhen Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a recipient whose address is in Datuopu, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Juewei Duck Neck, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
