For same-day flower delivery in Waigang Zhen, place your order before 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Jiadingzhen, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When a funeral service is held at Jiading Guhui Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Qianmen Catholic Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Wanfu Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient whose address is in Juyuan, keep that place name in the address you enter.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
