Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Wuzhong Qu, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Wuzhong Qu is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Changqiao should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Suzhou Blind Deaf School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Qishayansheng Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Shangzhen Temple (Daoist), ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Shuiyue Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at YuanLin Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If the destination is in Chengnan, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Haidilao Hot Pot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
