Same Day Delivery
A florist in Xigong Qu handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Xiguan Subdistrict, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Atour Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Jinjiang Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Luoyang Bilingual Experimental School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Luoyang No.1 Experimental Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Luoyang Tanggongxilu Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Zushi Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Henan Temple of Literature, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that 7 Days Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Luoyang Hospital of TCM, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
For someone working at Luoyang Radio and TV Center, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
