A flower order for Yanta Qu can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Map of China are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Statue of Master Xuanzang in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Sending to Mercure? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Xian Big Goose Pagoda, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Primary School Attached To Shaanxi Normal University, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Qujiang No. 1 Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Qujiang No.1 Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Da Ci'en Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Qinglong Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Site of Huanqiu, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hanting Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at SNNU Yanta Campus Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
If the recipient’s address is in Dengjiapo, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bigpizza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
