For delivery on the same day in Ilir Barat II, the order needs to be placed before 14:30 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Sending flowers to someone at SD Negeri 38 Palembang? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Masjid Al Irsyad 30 Ilir, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Mushala Abadiah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mushala Al-Qurrdin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
