Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for El Jazmin online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Templete de Guacas is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check with Hospedaje y Paradero JJ before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Jade Spa, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
A delivery for Colmenas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Corporación Universitaria Santa Rosa de Cabal (UNISARC)? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at El Manzanillo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Capilla Guacas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La Aurora Santa EcoHotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a table booked at Parador El Jardín, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
