A flower order for Carmen can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Cecilio Umaña are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Daniel Oduber Quirós in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When the destination is in Amón, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Check with Otoya 1907 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Cultura Plaza, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to El Maragato? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a recipient at Bomberos de Costa Rica - Control y Vigilancia Patrimonial, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Aranjuez should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Johnny Rockets, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
