Same-day orders for Chires close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Asentamiento Linda Vista should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check that Hotel Delfin Playa Bejuco can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Playa Bejuco, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Guapinol Norte, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Iglesia de Vista de Mar, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Casa Bejuco, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Chires Abajo.
A delivery timed for a meal at Valhalla Danish Cafe & Bakery needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
