The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Cote is 14:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Alto Sahíno, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela La Cabanga, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Pejibaye? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escuela Quebradón is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Iglesia de Cabanga, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia de Pejibaye, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Quebradón, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
