Send flowers to Guápiles from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Address details for Cacique should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Cabinas del Rio, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For a guest at Hotel Suerre, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Bella Vista, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Los Diamantes, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela Líder Central de Guápiles, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia de La Marina are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia Comunitaria Casa de Adoración, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Casa Río Blanco, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the recipient works at Tribunales de Justicia - II Circuito Judicial de la Zona Atlántica, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Coopevigua 3, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pizza Hut needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
