Same-day orders for Macacona close at 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. An address in Las Tres Marías should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Bruselas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Heriberto Zeledón R.? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Bilingüe Santa Sofía, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iglesia de Marañonal, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Nances, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de San Roque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Estación de Pesaje, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Address details for Matute should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
