A flower order for Quepos can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

For delivery on the same day in Quepos, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Boca Vieja should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Sending to Gaia Collection Hotels? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For flowers addressed to a guest at Best Western Kamuk, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Cerritos, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escuela Cerros is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela El Cocal, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Iglesia Funte de Vida, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Selina Manuel Antonio, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Dirección Regional de Educación Aguirre, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the destination is in El Estadio, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Ensō Sushi needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
