Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to Rio Jimenez from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Camaroncito, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Villa Santiago should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A delivery for Escuela Agrimaga is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Escocia, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela La Lucha? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Iglesia Cartagena, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Iglesia de El Tajo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de La Ligia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Rio Parismina Lodge, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Where the delivery address includes Escocia, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Coopealcas R.L, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
