For a recipient in Rivas, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Rivas. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For an address in La Bambú, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Uran, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Escuela Guadalupe is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Herradura, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escuela María Mora Ureña, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Evangélica de Rivas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de Alto Jaular, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia de Buena Vista, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel De Montana El Pelicano should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An address in La Chispa should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Atojos del Maiz, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
