If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Alor Setar, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.

For a table booked at Nasi Kandar Imran, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Datuk Kumbar, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
