Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Mukim 15. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Alma, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Sending to MY Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Sending flowers to someone at SJK (T) Permatang Tinggi? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to SK Bukit Minyak, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at SK Bukit Teh, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Long Chuan Tan, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Permatang Tinggi Hock Teik Chi Chinese Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Citadines Prai Penang, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ibu Pejabat Jabatan Pertanian Negeri Pulau Pinang, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Bukit Mertajam, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at Nando's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
