Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Mukim 18. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Moongate in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 15:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Mukim 18. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. An address in Permai Village should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Sending flowers to someone at Sekolah Kebangsaan Pendidikan Khas Persekutuan? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Thannermalai Sri Ayyappan Swamy Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Waterfall Hill Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Arulmigu Naga Naathar Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Jabatan Taman Botani Pulau Pinang, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bistro Halia Nasi Kandar needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
