Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in El Coco.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Cerro Silvestre, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Residencial Albarellos, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Hotel Cerro Silvestre is listed at Interamericana; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Academia Latina is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Bilingüe María Auxiliadora, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Capilla Nuestra Sra. De La Asunción are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capilla San Pablo de la Cruz, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Colinas de la Paz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
