Same-day orders for Saint-Germain-de-Coulamer close at 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Lotissement des Olivières.
A delivery for École primaire publique is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Sainte-Barbe, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Germain, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Mairie de Saint-Germain-de-Coulamer, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Lotissement la Boufource, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to Cimetière de Saint-Germain-de-Coulamer, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
