Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. When entering an address in Barrio El Play, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with Hotel Gri Gri before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Patria, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Escuela Primaria Carmela Sheppard is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Primaria Las Garitas? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to La Canoa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Church Asamble of God la Hermosa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia Evangélica Arca de Salvación, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia de Dios, Inc., the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel Balcones De La Bahia? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Address flowers for someone at Ayuntamiento de Sánchez with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Cerro Yaljú, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Las Malvinas, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
