A florist in Vrhpolje handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Spomenik madžarskemu vojaku in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Vrhpolje. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Šturje, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check with Forest Village Theodosius before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The address for Forest Village Theodosius is given as Vrhpolje 165; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Osnovna šola Draga Bajca Vipava, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Osnovna šola Šturje, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Škofijska gimnazija, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Exaltation of the Holy Cross Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Občina Vipava with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gostilna in picerija Podskala, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
